My biggest take on fitness is that is should be FUN. You should enjoy what you’re doing and feel great afterwards. For me, that means high intensity, short bursts of body weight exercises to get my sweat on by incorporating my love of boxing and dance. Exercise Instructions: - Make sure you have water with you and take small sips throughout – big gulps and jumping do not pair well. - This workout will last around 30 minutes including warm-up and cool-down stretches - To level up, invest in some hip circle resistance bands – these are great for your booty, hip flexors and adding that extra bit of hard work to your squats.
