Hello, welcome back! Coach Christian here, taking you through another awesome full-body workout! This workout will target the entire body and the thing I love most about this workout is you can do it anywhere with little to no equipment. For this video, I will be using a mat, lightweight dumbbell, and a water bottle. Yes, I said we will be using water for some of our movements today. So grab a mat, full water bottle, mini bands and/or dumbbell and let’s get started!
