My specialty for fitness journey development is more focused on high-intensity full-body movements mixed with strength-building exercises almost anyone can perform. Using the good form, maximum effort, and minimal rest breaks really boosts the fat burning heart rate while building that strength and toning for your body. You will burn more calories at rest, start to see those nice muscle tones you seek while feeling like a BEAST! All I need is your full consistent effort and you will get everything you need out of the workout. Let’s Train! - Always have water available for optimal hydration during your workout. A towel is nice to have but - This workout will last around 30 minutes including warm-up and cool-down. - This workout is for anyone seeking to improve body strength, muscle toning, and overall physical fitness. - If you can complete this workout 2-3 times a week for 4-5 weeks with smart nutritional habits you should see the natural progression. - No additional equipment is necessary. A mat and a small towel are nice necessities but not mandatory.

    The rounds didnt count correctly. It only talked us through 1 round (said there were 5) and then the next round was a different set. Unorganized
