Hi, I’m Alison Buchanan. I’ve created a series of power yoga classes on Motify that will challenge you physically while allowing you to drop into a deeper sense of self-awareness. Each class is about 20 minutes long, so if you have the time, you can string them all together to make a full hour-long class. If you just want to do one at a time, the classes are broken down by theme and physical focus. The first video is about gratitude and the focus is on spinal movement. The second video is about the possibility and will focus on the shoulders. Finally, the third video is about surrendering and will focus on our hips. All classes will be power vinyasa, and adaptable to all levels.
