Hi guys! The main focus of this program is supporting moms to be at all stages of pregnancy with ANY level of experience with yoga! Here you will find 3 classes with options to workout and an option to relax: Prenatal Yoga Class for Sciatica: strengthening and stabilizing our bodies and addressing sciatica and low back pain. Prenatal Yoga Class that focuses on Core Strengthening. Prenatal Yoga Restorative Class Equipment won't be necessary BUT yoga blocks or big books are really helpful to give us space. Also, a yoga bolster or large pillow: like a couch cushion, or a large blanket/beach towel also can be helpful for support. Enjoy!
