Welcome to my program BURN. TIGHTEN. TONE. The name says it all.  We are going burn fat, tighten your body and tone your muscles through HIIT workouts. How does it work? We will have short intervals, strength and always cardio with dedicated days to arms and abs, legs and booty and full core to BURN, TIGHTEN AND TONE. Grab a pair of dumbbells or just do it bodyweight alone!  And get ready for 7 full workouts that will have you BURNING, TIGHTENING AND TONING.

    I just finished all the seven workouts and I loved it. Since each workout aims at a different one than the former, the body parts won't get exhausted during the session. Workout sessions are short. This helps in pushing ourselves to finish each session.
