Hi guys! My name is Kim and I'm a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor with a decade of experience teaching individuals in private training, large group, and rehabilitative settings. This program includes three pilates workouts that are designed to teach you how to move your body in many of the commonly used Pilates positions to quickly feel both strengthened and balanced. For those less familiar with Pilates, I want to provide you with extra detail as we work our way around the mat.
