Hi all, My name is Ross Tschirn, and I'm a Hybrid Athlete fitness trainer. Most trainers offer the same stagnant workouts over a 90day span. This will guarantee to give you over the years' worth of programs once you start testing the exercises out for yourself. You will see how you can progressively intensify each movement as you get stronger. Very versatile training regimen incorporating strictly bodyweight movements that focus on full-body contraction/tension (aesthetics/lean-muscle/shreds), and then we do resistance training with weights (bodybuilding) for mass, density, size & power. I will give basic progressions of all movements, and show how you can intensify it if you are more moderate/advanced. Let's get started!
