What's up team, I am sooo excited to introduce to you my “At Home Sculpt & Tone '' program. As an advocate for a movement, I strongly believe that one of my primary goals as a coach is to either help you move MORE or move BETTER than your current capacities. In this day and age, it is becoming increasingly more difficult for people to do either of those things while trying to prioritize the demands of daily life. That's why I designed this program with a busy professional or parent in mind. Each workout will be less than 20 minutes long and will require little to no equipment to get done. A strong emphasis will be placed on toning the core, connecting the breath with the movements, and building lean muscle. LET'S GO!
