Hi guys, I've planned a couple of stretches, mobility, and recovery sessions for you. There is a dynamic portion as a warm-up and cool-down sessions which will allow your body to settle down and stretch all the muscles. And, finally, there is a recovery session, where I go through active and passive recovery stretches with you. These are as important as warm-ups and cool-downs as it allows your body to recover and rest! Enjoy the practice!
