It is so important to have a strong backside and core because they are the most functional areas of our bodies to prevent injuries. At the same time, we will burn lots of calories, too, with a high-intensity training style! There are three workouts : Backside Core/glutes Bodyweight strength You can do this program in any specific order because all the movements are functional and designed to get you moving well.
