Hi guys, welcome to my program! It includes 3 workouts: 1. 30 Minute Functional HIIT: High and Low intensity blended into a functional workout! All levels are welcome, and dumbbells are completely optional! All that is required is a little space and a bottle of water because you will sweat! 2. 30 Minute High/Low Workout: A set of moderate dumbbells are encouraged (Not required) for the Low impact segments. We will drop those weights and work on explosiveness in the High impact segments! All levels will thrive, all levels will be challenged! 3. 30 Minute Functional HIIT with a Core Focus: We will combine High-Intensity Intervals with Functional Core movements to help develop a strong stomach and lower back! All fitness levels welcome. No equipment needed.

    Love these workouts! Hard enough, but not to the point where you want to quit before you get to the end. Just like in your daily life you need balance and these workouts have that. I am feeling it today, that’s a good thing. Great job!

    The intensity of the workout is up to you! I appreciate the way Jenny gives you options to push yourself or scale back if thats what your body is requiring. Her moves are functionally yet challenging and her comments are motivational and inspiring!
