Description

This program is designed for beginners. Each workout will include a 2-minute warmup, the main workout that will last about 12 minutes, and a cooldown of about 2 minutes. The main workout will consist of 4-5 exercises that will be performed in a circuit. At the end of the circuit, there will be a 1-minute break before beginning the circuit again. We will do 3-4 rounds.
